2020-12-13 22:18:47Hi my name is mohi i called sep 18 3pm and spoke to David or Mark can't remember the name, anyway long story short I asked about the price I seen in Craigslist he told me to go to the website, after I see the bone cutting saw it was 520 plus delivery, I was little unhappy because of delivery charge but man told me if you are interested in purchasing the machine I will take care of the delivery charges and just pay 520. Will ship it, I told him ok I will call you next week, and today I called but it was a different person totally confused he said yes it was me who spoke to you but the words don't match and he said there is extra fee for delivery charges when the website says included with the price, I have couple of screen shots of the price on website when we called its different. I don't know if the right person behind the phone but someone should look into this matter. I was ready to buy the bone saw today but the man stopped me from spending money in this company, please reply me to this if you can do something about this message. No confusion. You did speak to David on September 18 and yesterday on the 28th. He also gave you his name twice on those 2 days so you are not mistaking for anyone else. If you can send screenshots to orangecoolerdepot@gmail.com so we can see the price, that will work. our Craigslist ads will show the cost of the item. But website includes delivery charges as indicated. Which is why the prices are different. As discussed , our website will include delivery total. You are just unhappy because you are not getting the price that you want when David told you Craiglist price and website price will always be different. Send those screenshots over so we can determine. Also, you are always welcome to contact David for assistance because he is the manager.
