2020-06-04 12:23:54Why do you allow people who have absolutely no idea about a machine talk about it? I was going to purchase one until i watched this... he said it weighs 200 lbs however, the tag on the machine clearly says 50 KG which is = to 110 lbs. He pointed at controls and just assumed what they did.... I don't own one of these machines but i've done enough research to know this guys was just winging it. He cost you / your company at least $1,700. We own 3 businesses and I hate when my employees cost me a sale. ( Next****@gmail.com )

How to set temperature for model X-300.
First step: Hold on the "set" and "adjust" buttons at the same time for about 4 seconds until P1 appears.
Next Step: click on the middle button that displays "lighting" until you reach P2 or P3. Keep in mind that if you want to drop to colder temperatures then you need to set P3. If you want to raise the temperature on your slush machine, then you need to set P2.
